School enterprise joint journey to cultivate party spirit, deeply study the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, strengthen party spirit education, and enhance the political literacy and disciplinary awareness of party members and cadres, the on-site study and in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation themed reading class jointly organized by the Party branch of Xuzhou Xinke Robot Co., Ltd. and the Party Committee of the School of Electrical Engineering, Jiangsu Normal University was successfully held at the Xuzhou City level Government New Era Party Spirit Training Center at 2:30 pm on April 24, 2025. Through on-site visits, revisiting the oath of joining the Party, and in-depth discussions and exchanges, this activity further strengthens the Party spirit cultivation of Party members and cadres, and promotes the implementation and refinement of the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation.
The event was presided over by Pan Zhenxin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Electrical Engineering. Zhang Li, Secretary and Chairman of the Party Branch of Xuzhou Xinke Robot Co., Ltd., Hou Wen, Deputy General Manager, Zhao Quankun, Deputy Secretary and General Assistant of the Party Branch, Lu Yunhai, R&D Engineer and other enterprise representatives, as well as Duan Na, Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation at Jiangsu Normal University, Li Rongjing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Zhang Jianhua, Vice Dean, Bao Jianhua, Assistant Dean Jiang Laidong, Assistant Dean Liu Zhan, Department Head Wang Shuliang, Counselor Yang Mengchen, Counselor Li Yuqing, Party Secretary Chen Niannian and other faculty and student representatives from the school participated together.

Precious historical pictures, detailed written records and vivid typical cases show the CPC's struggle course, fine traditions and style building achievements in different historical periods in an all-round and multi angle way. Everyone stopped and stared, attentively listening to the explanation, as if traveling back in time and space to those magnificent historical years. They deeply felt the challenges and choices faced by the Party in various stages of development, as well as the firm belief in always adhering to the original aspiration and serving the people.

During the visit, all personnel stood solemnly in front of the solemn party flag and reviewed the oath of joining the party. "I am willing to join the CPC... to fight for the cause of communism all my life, always ready to sacrifice everything for the party and the people, and never betray the party." The sonorous and powerful oath echoed in the exhibition hall, and every member of the party looked solemn, showing his loyalty and love for the party, as well as his firm commitment to his own mission and responsibility. At this moment, everyone revisited the sacred promise made when they joined the Party, and remembered even more that their first identity was a Communist Party member, and their first responsibility was to work for the Party and serve the people.

After the visit, both sides immediately carried out a concentrated learning activity of in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation through a special reading class on education. Pan Zhenxin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute of Electrical Engineering, took the lead in reading the relevant content of "the core of the style problem is the relationship between the Party and the people", and profoundly expounded the significance of the style construction for maintaining the progressiveness and purity of the Party and consolidating the ruling foundation of the Party.

After the reading was completed, the atmosphere of the exchange and discussion session was lively. Zhang Li, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of Xuzhou Xinke Robot Co., Ltd., pointed out based on the actual development situation of the enterprise: "In the process of enterprise development, strictly adhering to the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation is the key to winning market trust and establishing a good corporate image. We need to integrate work style construction into the operation and management of the enterprise, eliminate extravagance, waste, formalism and other negative phenomena, promote enterprise innovation and development with a pragmatic and efficient work style, and better serve and give back to society

Other attendees also discussed their learning experiences and reflections based on their own work realities. Everyone agrees that the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation is not a gust of wind, but a long-term effective iron rule and hard rod. Whether in enterprise production and operation or university education and teaching, we must always tighten the string of work style construction, constantly strengthen self-restraint, improve our own quality, effectively improve our work style, closely connect with the masses, and practice the Party's purpose with practical actions.
The joint activity between the Party branch of Xuzhou Xinke Robot Co., Ltd. and the Party Committee of the School of Electrical Engineering at Jiangsu Normal University is not only a profound practice of Party spirit education, but also a beneficial exploration of the joint construction of Party building between schools and enterprises. Through visits, learning, and exchanges, both sides have further deepened their understanding and recognition of the importance of the Party's history, purpose, and work style construction, and enhanced their ideological and action consciousness in implementing the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation.
