The surface mine track inspection robot (hereinafter referred to as the inspection robot) is mainly composed of five parts: robot body, base station, charging station, track system and monitoring platform. The robot body is suspended on the track and runs reciprocally, which can completely replace the inspection worker. The inspection robot is equipped with a variety of sensors, real-time acquisition of on-site image, sound, infrared thermal image and temperature parameters; It has intelligent identification function, adopts intelligent perception key technology algorithm, can accurately judge the current operating state of the equipment, and based on big data analysis early warning technology, it can predict and warn the equipment operation fault in advance, and reduce the downtime of failure.

Image acquisition function
The low illumination HD camera combined with the fill light system can achieve clear imaging in low illumination.
Infrared thermal image acquisition function
The robot is equipped with an infrared thermal imager to obtain and judge the abnormal temperature of rollers, belt surfaces, visible parts of lines, rollers and motors in real time, store and analyze the heating situation of the detected equipment, and warn the abnormal temperature of the equipment.
Audio analysis function
Use high-sensitivity pickup to collect sound, judge idlers, rollers, motors and other abnormal audio, through intelligent analysis and processing, judge the field equipment.
Two-way voice intercom function

Intelligent collision avoidance and obstacle avoidance function

Automatic charging function
With automatic charging technology, multiple charging stations can be distributed in the long-distance inspection path. When the power is low, you can find the nearest charging station and charge independently.

The robot is equipped with a low-temperature temperature and humidity sensor, which can sense the temperature and humidity of the robot's environment in real time. Equipped with temperature and attitude sensors, it can obtain the internal temperature, attitude, acceleration and other data of the robot body in real time, and upload the collected data to the command center.
Precise positioning function
The robot uses accurate mileage positioning algorithm, combined with RFID-based positioning algorithm technology, the positioning accuracy can reach the highest centimeter level, and can upload its own position information in real time, convenient monitoring and management.
